January 2007- Happy New Year

After a major computer malfunction, we are back online (No one likes to see or smell smoke coming off of their motherboards!). Since the last post, Meredith has advanced in leaps and bounds. She is now crawling everywhere, sitting up on her own, pulling herself to a standing position, and playing Mozart and Bach on her new piano.

Here is one of my favorite new outfits.

I have gotten too big for my swing! I can grab the bar and stop it at will.

A new cold weather outfit from Nan and Pop.

I thought learning to crawl would give me freedom. Instead, I find new barriers everyday.

One of my favorite new toys is my piano.

Mozart tastes like chicken!

I love playing with my new stroller.

It helps me to stand up!


The piano also serves as a pull-up tool.

Christmas 2006

Merry Christmas everybody. I hope this blog finds you all well, happy, and healthy. Here are a few pics before the big day. I'm sure we'll have some Christmas Day pictures in the near future. Cheers!

We went to a holiday Christmas party. Pop and Susie made the Monday evening trip up to our house to babysit.

Susie brought a Christmas pop up book that made sounds when you opened the page. Meredith loves it.

Today, we went to the mall which opened early. Meredith was all ready to go thanks to another hand-made hat from Aunt Kathy.

November 2006

Hello everybody. It has been a few weeks since our last post. Meredith is growing and developing very quickly. She is 6 months old this week (which unfortunately means more shots...booo!). This week also marks Meredith's first Thanksgiving. She has been eating vegetables like peas and sweet potatoes so hopefully, she will have as much fun as we do. Also, I would like to wish Grandma Susie a happy birthday on November 23rd.

Meredith's new trick is getting up on all 4's...
